You may use our system to book your service for both: residential computer repairs and commercial IT. Our system allows you to book low, meduim and urgent requests. If you require same day support (additional rates apply). Please submit your request during our working hours and contact us by phone to ensure a quick response. Urgent requests for after hours, once your request is submitted, our on-call technician will contact you via email since our mailbox is monitored 24/7.

Important notice: In order to serve you better, please check our open hours on Google Maps since we have been making changes to our operation schedules. For Medium and low priority on-site requests (home and office), it must be submitted 48 hours prior in order to dispatch a teechnician on time.

This means that the slot you choose will be the window in which your assigned technician will arrive, i.e., if you choose a 10am-12pm time frame, your technician will arrive between 10am and 12pm. We do not offer exact time slots.
